Applications can be submitted by e-mail in PDF form to Grants@fargofamilyfoundation.org or by mail to The Fargo Family Foundation, P.O. Box 616, Pittstown, NJ 08867. If you prefer to receive a paper application through the mail each year please contact us and we would be happy to accommodate you.

If you have previously received a grant award, please also fill out and submit a grant report with your application. This form can be found below.
