How to Apply
Applications (see below) can be submitted by e-mail in PDF form to mail@fargofamilyfoundation.org or by mail to The Fargo Family Foundation, P.O. Box 248, Chalfont, PA 18914. If you prefer to receive a paper application through the mail each year please contact us and we would be happy to accommodate you.
If you have previously received a Grant , please also fill out and submit a Grant Report with your application. This form can be found below.

GRANT APPLICATION – Either print this out and mail to the address above or fill it out on your computer and email it to mail@fargofamilyfoundation.org
Grant Report – Either print this out, complete and mail to the address above or fill it out on your computer and email it to mail@fargofamilyfoundation.org.
Grant Reports are due one year after the anniversary of your previous Grant. If your Grant was more than one year ago, please include a Grant Report with your Grant Application. Thank you.
